Association Française de Microminéralogie

This French association of amateurs in micromineralogy was created on December 31st., 1984 by Mr Pierre Gatel. There are currently 400 of us.

Aim:
The goal of the AFM is to encourage the work and the activity of the enthusiastic people in the micromineralogy field and more specifically to:

have friendly relationship with all the persons interested by micromineralogy in France and abroad;
gather, create and broadcast any documentation related to micromineralogy, micromounting and descriptive mineralogy;
facilitate contacts between the AFM members and official organizations in the domain of mineralogy.
